REFUND POLICY
We stand behind every product that we sell. Any item that does not meet your expectations may
be returned for a credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Ready Set Glo. Please
contact us via e-mail at
admin@readysetglo.com
or by phone at (204)-997-4GLO to obtain the needed R.A. Number.
Please remember that shipping and Customs/Duty fees are not refundable, and there is a 20%
restocking fee on all returned orders.
SHORTAGES
Any order which is shipped incomplete will be completed by "Ready Set Glo". We will
either ship the missing items at no additional shipping charge or give credit for future
purchases. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
