How and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide airmail. Some international orders (non-USA or Canada ) may require extra
ship costs. If this occurs we will contact you shortly after your order is placed.
How much is shipping?
- 1oz-$5.04
- 2oz paint $8.00
- 1/2lb-$6.63
- 1/2oz each of all paints $8
- 1lb -$9.50
- 2lb -$11.99
Over 2 lb- depends on weight. Some combinations of products may experience a higher than
normal ship quote. If this happens please email us and will send you the correct ship quote.
What Currency are prices in?

When will I receive my order?
Most orders will be shipped the same business day that they are received. Orders
received after 3:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day.
You will receive your package within 4-15 days depending on where you are located in the world.
Approximate time frames are as follows:
- Canada - 3-4 business days
- USA - 4-8 business days
- Hawaii/Alaska - 8-14 business days
- International - 7-14 business days
Although we take all precautions, about 2% of parcels may experience a delay at Customs.
These delays are rare, and your patience is appreciated.
If you require 2 day express delivery, we can ship via UPS on your account or freight
collect. Simply place order on line and email us regarding this. We will refund your
ship fee, and send it by UPS.

Do you send samples?
No because of the high volume of orders we cannot send samples. 1/4oz quantities are available
for $3.00.
How do I get free powder & get my project featured?
Simply email us a photo & a brief description of how you used our glow in the dark paint or
powder & we will send you free paint or powder of your color choice.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks. You can be confident
that your personal and account information is secure at READYSETGLO.COM. We employ the l

Credit Card- ONLINE: You can order all of our products on our secure, online

Money Orders/Checks: Email us your order and state that you want to pay by money order.
You will receive an order number. Get a Money Order from the Post Office or your bank or

Refund/Return Policy
We Guarantee our pigments to be of the highest commercial grade quality available, and free of
any fillers or additives. We stand behind every product that we sell. Any item that does not
meet your expectations may be returned for a full credit or refund within 30 days of receipt
of goods.
If you find a lower price anywhere, simply email us and we will beat it by 10%!
Shortages/defective product:
Any order which is shipped incomplete/damaged will be resolved by
"Ready Set Glo". We will either replace the missing/damaged items at no additional shipping
charge or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages/damages must be made
within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Ready Set Glo.

obtain the needed R.A. Number.
All non-defective orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for duties
and taxes. Shipping is not refundable.
