Even though the blue is advertised as a less brilliant glow as the other colors, it's still very bright especially when compared to the commercially available cheap stuff.
It does go on white, but dries invisible as long as the coat is thin. Make sure to thin it out with a brush to avoid getting white clumps as it dries. Also one coat on its own was perfect since the particles were uniformly dispersed just as advertised therefore a uniform glow without any dark gaps.
Even in dim light the after glow is still noticeable and the after glow lasted all night, it was dimmer in the early morning, but it was still there.
