Extreme G12 Invisible Blue Glow in the Dark Paint

  • glowing dress

Submitted by: donna

Materials Required:
glo paint

Procedure:
My Church put on a Halloween ''Journey through hell'' outdoor walk through the woods the 26th and 27th. It consisted of 6 skits depicting different ways people end up in hell. My Daughter and I did one where she was a young woman who had been a Christian but had lost her Mother to cancer and turned her back on God. My part was to glide out from behind a blind dressed as an angel (her Mother in heaven) when she spoke of how we had been Christians and even baptized together. We sprayed my dress with glow paint and WOW, as you can see in the pictures did I ever glow! When I would slowly walk out from behind my hiding place you could here people gasp, the other members of the troupe said they could see me ''floating'' through the woods. I would say
  • Glow Guitar

Submitted by: Edwin Moise

Materials Required:
Glow paint
Guitar.

Procedure:
I wanted to have some reflecting sticker or decal glowing in the dark when playing live, just for the entertaiment of the audience, and found that a patch will be the best way (due to its texture) to retain the paint in it, so I just painted the white rays form the rasing sun with your invisible-day (blue) and afterwards I covered all the patch with your protective paint...and the result speaks itself!
  • TEST TUBE SHOT GLASSES

Submitted by: LINDA DOW

Materials Required:
glass laboratory test tubes, 1 ounce size
glow paints, various colors.
toothpics
stickers, hole punch
clear nail polish.

Procedure:
Start with a dozen clean glass test tubes. The one ounce size is the best for shot glass drinking. I use the ones with the white ''Writable'' patch on them.

Start with some color patterns by hole punching some glitter, or colorful stickers.

Arrange the dots on the test tube area, make various designs with the dots for variation.

Next apply the glow paints to complement the colors in the dots. Very unique designs can be made with just a few strokes of a toothpic.

Add words, or any kind of design you want.

Allow the paints to dry overnight, when you have them just right, cover with clear nail polish to seal in your paints. (This allows the test tubes to be washed in water)

  1. Jar lid stuck with contents around rim. Seemed like less that an ounce but not sure of the latter. 4 Star Review

Posted by on 1st May 2016

I was disappointed this time ~ in that the jars were not able to be opened at first. It appears that whoever filled the jars with the glow paint failed to wipe the rims and the paint acted as a kind of glue. i painstakingly pried them open(with warm water, a knife and gripping material), scraped the rims of one with a metal scraper and am now able to open it with ease. Didn't have that kind of problem with my last order a couple of years ago. Perhaps the staff needs to be more careful or it was a rare oversight (?) Will work on getting the other jar opened next.

  2. Very Bright Longlasting Glow 5 Star Review

Posted by on 20th Nov 2015

Even though the blue is advertised as a less brilliant glow as the other colors, it's still very bright especially when compared to the commercially available cheap stuff.
It does go on white, but dries invisible as long as the coat is thin. Make sure to thin it out with a brush to avoid getting white clumps as it dries. Also one coat on its own was perfect since the particles were uniformly dispersed just as advertised therefore a uniform glow without any dark gaps.
Even in dim light the after glow is still noticeable and the after glow lasted all night, it was dimmer in the early morning, but it was still there.
