Materials Required:
Jewelry, glow paint, brushes
Procedure:
These glow in the dark necklaces were made by using the powder and mixing it with crazy glue inside the
glass vial tube. It takes a while if more than one color is used to give it a layered effect (rainbow).
Glue gel is easier but harder to get on the bottom without getting some on the insides of the vial.
