Plastic Resin Sculptures
Submitted by: Marty Hansen
Materials Required:
Silicone moulds, plastic resin, and glow powder
Procedure:
I make silicone moulds, then use 2 part plastics in which I add your glow
powders to the plastic in the liquid state.
They seem to react BEST to
halogen light,
however, they also react well to UV daylight and blacklight too.
The plastics I use are UV
resistant, however, I think the plastic is UV
resistant in that it will not yellow or degenerate to
UV light, however, they
seem to allow the glow in the dark powders to react just fine!
I have highly recommended your company to my fellow sculptor friends and I
have also shown
your glow powder products to other resin plastic artists for
use with their plastic resin
sculptures!
