We ship worldwide. All orders will have the option of surface airmail or airmail/priority shipment as well as adding insurance.

Orders received before 3:00 p.m. CST will ship out the same day, after 3:00 they will ship the following business day.

Do you send samples?
No. Because of the high volume of requests we no longer send free samples. 1/4oz quantities of the pigments are available, and 1/2 fl oz of the paints.
How do I get free powder & get my project featured?
Simply email us a photo & a brief description of how you used our glow in the dark paint or powder
& we will send you free paint or powder of your color choice.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and checks. You can be confident that your
personal and account information is secure. Our credit card processing companies employ the latest 128-bit
encryption technology. No sensitive information such as credit card numbers and its details are stored anywhere
on this website. You can also offset the purchase using our Gift Certificates.

Yes. Credit card information is collected directly by our credit card processing company using the latest
128-bit encryption technology. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. No sensitive information
such as credit card numbers and its details are stored anywhere on this website. If fraudulent charges
are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.
How do I order?
Simply Click the Product link. click the ADD button next to the product (sorted by color & size) of your
choice. This will take you to the shopping cart where you can select the quantity you desire. On check out you will
have to fill a small form (shipping and other details) and then be taken to our secure payment site.
How does your Gift Certificate work?
You can purchase our Gift Certificates from the Gift Certificates page. As
soon as payment has been received and verifyed (usually within one business day), a email (with a copy to you) will be automatically
dispatched to the person to whom the Gift Certificate is intended.
The Gift Certificate can be used to purchase anything from http://www.readysetglo.com website. Total value of all purchases inclusive
of shipping should be equal to or more than the value of the Gift Certificate. All our Gift Certificates are valid for a period of one year.
This Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash nor can a cash refund be issued for purchases less than the value of the Gift
Certificate. Each Gift Certificate has a unique number which should not be disclosed to anybody. The first person who uses this number
will receive its benefit. Ready Set Glo is not responsible for verifying the identity of the person using the Gift Certificate.
Will I get instructions?
You will receive detailed guidelines/instructions and usage information. Note: Your order includes Recipes
for fishing Lures, Gel Candles, Glow embeds, Suspended objects in Gel Candles, paraffin Candles, Glow Ink Acrylic/Gels
nails, Identification Markings, Hidden Pictures and Rod Tips.
Refund/Return Policy
We Guarantee our pigments to be of the highest commercial grade quality available, and free of any
fillers or additives. We stand behind every product that we sell. Any item that does not meet your
expectations may be returned for a full credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods.
If you find a lower price anywhere, simply email us and we will beat it by 10%!
Shortages/defective product
Any order which is shipped incomplete/damaged will be resolved by "Ready Set Glo". We will either replace
the missing/damaged items at no additional shipping charge or give credit for future purchases.
Notification of shortages/damages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Ready Set Glo. Please contact
us via e-mail at support@readysetglo.com to obtain the needed R.A. Number.
All non-defective orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for duties and taxes.
Shipping is not refundable.
