REFUND POLICY

Please remember that shipping and Customs/Duty fees are not refundable, and there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders.

SHORTAGES
Any order which is shipped incomplete will be completed by "Ready Set Glo". We will either ship the missing items at no additional shipping charge or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
